Group therapy we offer

Each group addresses specific challenges with expert facilitation, empowering you to heal alongside others on your journey toward wellness and balance.

Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP)

Intensive Outpatient Program is a structured treatment approach that allows clients to progress toward recovery while remaining at home. We offer flexible morning and evening sessions throughout the week. This program requires 10–20 hours per week, depending on your support needs and clinical assessment. Participants receive evidence-based therapy while maintaining daily routines and family connections.

Maintaining sobriety

24 week program. Sobriety is a continual journey. Tailored for those with a foundation of 3+ months of Sobriety, this group offers a sanctuary of support. Participants gain insights into maintaining a sober lifestyle, identifying potential relapse triggers, and leveraging a supportive community to reinforce their commitment to a substance-free life.

Parenting

16-week program for parents seeking to understand child development, recognize generational patterns, and create nurturing environments for their children's growth.

Serenity Now

Serenity Now is a structured group designed to address the root causes of anxiety and anger, helping participants better understand the patterns that drive emotional reactivity. Through guided discussion and practical application, this program focuses on improving communication, building sustainable self-care routines, and developing effective calming and grounding techniques. Participants also explore deeper themes related to control, stress responses, and anxiety, gaining tools to navigate challenges with greater clarity and stability.

This group provides a supportive environment where individuals can slow down, reflect, and build healthier ways of responding—both internally and in their relationships with others.

Healthy relationships

Healthy Relationships (8 weeks): Relationships, in their myriad forms, are at the heart of our existence. This program provides a comprehensive overview, teaching effective communication techniques strategies for conflict resolution, and recognizing the subtle signs of abusive behaviors, ensuring that relationships are nurturing and empowering.

Understanding addiction

16 week program. Addiction is a multifaceted challenge, often rooted in deeper emotional and psychological terrains. This program offers a sanctuary for those battling addiction or substance abuse, providing comprehensive education, therapeutic group interactions, and empowering tools. Participants are guided through understanding their addiction, identifying triggers, and building resilience.
