Yes. Our video platform meets HIPAA standards and keeps your information secure. Everything you share stays between you and your provider, just like an in-person visit.

You can reschedule through your patient portal or by calling our office. Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice when cancelling or rescheduling an appointment. Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a $25 late-cancellation fee, and missed appointments may be subject to a $50 no-show fee. Please refer to the Client Handbook for complete attendance and cancellation policies.
