You'll need a device with internet access and a quiet space where you can talk privately. A computer, tablet, or smartphone works fine. We'll send you the link to join your session.
Yes. Our video platform meets HIPAA standards and keeps your information secure. Everything you share stays between you and your provider, just like an in-person visit.

You can reschedule through your patient portal or by calling us. We ask for at least 24 hours notice when possible so we can accommodate other patients.
We'll email you a secure link before your appointment. Click it at your scheduled time and you'll connect directly with your provider. The session works just like talking in our office.
