These services assist clients to access resources and assistance in a number of ways, including areas of work, independent living, recreation, socialization, and learning. Our case workers, or Community Support Workers, are skilled in accessing community resources and assisting with life skills and other needs. These services can take place virtually, in-home, in office, work, or in the community.
